Who we work with

Small B2B businesses whose customers come back.

Most of our clients are US B2B companies of 5 to 70 people that sell the same thing to the same business customers, again and again. Some have tried cold email and it went quiet. Others are thinking about it and want to know if it's worth doing before they spend anything.

Usually a good fit

  • You sell B2B, and your customers buy from you more than once.
  • What you sell is worth more than $2,000 a deal.
  • You can describe your best customer, even if you've never built a list of them.
  • You've tried cold email and it went quiet, or you're thinking about it and want a straight answer first.

Usually not

  • You sell B2C. Cold email to consumers doesn't work well, and we'd rather tell you that than try.
  • What you sell is under $2,000. At that size the math on cold email rarely works out.
  • You'd like a number before a conversation. We'd rather look at your business first.
Businesses we've run this for

Custom packaging. Albany, New York. Sixty years in business, a small team, and decades of relationships that had never been worked as a list.

A contractor-matching platform in Northern Virginia. Needed contractors and suppliers on the platform, one market at a time.

Furniture and home decor wholesale, Los Angeles. Three brands, including Elevarre, showrooms at High Point, Las Vegas and Atlanta, and ten years of trade show contacts that had never been worked as a list.

A reply is a real person writing back. Not an open, not a click.

The problem

What gets a reply this month is different from what worked last month.

It's not a machine you build once and leave running. Most people find that out the hard way, on their first and only try.

How this works

We only take this on when we think it will work for you.

The first call is a look at what you sell, who buys it, and what you've already tried. If cold email isn't a fit for your business, we say so, and that's the end of it. If it is, we build it, run it, and hand you the replies. You close them.

01

Diagnose

We look at what you sell, who buys it, and what you've already tried, if anything.

02

Test

We build it, run it, and hand you the replies for a couple of months.

03

Scale

If it works, we keep going and expand to new segments. If it doesn't, you'll know that too.

What happened with one client

The channel worked. The targeting didn't.

One client ran this with us for six months. The emails worked. Over two hundred replies came in.

What the replies told him was harder to hear: he'd built the whole list around the wrong kind of customer. The channel wasn't broken. His targeting was.

That's the kind of thing you only find out by actually running it, not by guessing at a desk.

I don't take on a business unless I think it will work. When it's a fit, the person who diagnoses it is the person who runs it. That's me, with a small team I've worked with for over ten years.

I've spent those ten years helping entrepreneurs build the systems behind their business. Most of it isn't glamorous: finding the right people to talk to, cleaning up messy data, making sure nothing important slips through the cracks.

Cold email is where all of that comes together. The list, the copy, the sending setup and the replies have to work as one thing, and most people who try it once get one of the four right. I picked up Clay in 2024 and it changed how I build lists. The rest of it, the separate domains, the warming, the steady daily send, I learned by running campaigns, not by reading about them.

How working with me goes
01

One person runs your campaign

The person you talk to on the first call is the person who builds it and runs it. There is no account team to get handed off to.

02

No long contracts

We run it for a couple of months. That is long enough to know if it works. If it does, we keep going. If it doesn't, you stop.

03

You answer the replies

We hand every reply to you the day it lands. Someone on your side has to pick up the conversation. If nobody can, this won't work, and we'll say so.

04

You see what we see

The reports on this page are the same reports you get for your own campaign, exactly as they come out of the tool.

Or email us what you sell. You'll get a yes or no within a day.

No. If you have one, we'll use it. One client had ten years of trade show badge scans sitting in spreadsheets nobody had opened, and that became a real campaign in a matter of weeks. If you don't have a list, we build one.

No. One client came to us with his own domains and inboxes already sending hundreds of emails a day. We didn't tell him to start over. We told him exactly what was broken, and fixed that instead.

That's fine. Most of the businesses we work with haven't, or tried it once and stopped.

A couple of months. Long enough to know for real, short enough that you're not stuck in it.

We build the system, write the copy, and run the campaign. You close the replies. We don't sell for you.

There's no price on this page because it changes with the size of your list and how many segments we run. You get the number on the call, once we know it fits. We'd rather tell you "don't do this" than quote you for something that won't work.

No. Campaigns run on separate sending domains that we set up and warm before anything goes out. Your main company domain never sends cold email.
